The customer has the right to request a change within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and only after consultation with the store.
The customer can make the change in our store at 111 Patision Street, Athens. Alternatively you can select a new product from our website to make the change. Once the product he has chosen to make the replacement is available, the amount should be at least equal to the value of the returned product. By appointment at tel. 2108226410 you send the parcel to the postal address 111 Patision exclusively with the courier who delivered the order to you at the recipient's expense.
The shipping costs for the change (return and resending of the products) are € 5.00.
Prerequisites
The product must be in excellent condition together with its packaging and its tabs and barcodes must not have been removed. All swimwear has a protective cover or sticker so you can try them on without coming into contact with the skin. If you want to return a swimsuit, you should not remove the cover and it should not be torn, stained or damaged.
We are sorry but the Wantit.gr store, for health reasons, can not accept a change in women's briefs, men's boxer briefs, bra stickers. In addition, no change can be accepted if the packaging is open on socks and tights.
Unfortunately, in case the above conditions are not met, KALTSOKINISI does not accept to proceed with a change and the customer receives his original order again and bears all shipping costs.
Refunds are NOT possible.
CANCELED ORDER
You can cancel your order in part or in full by sending up to the time before you receive the informative e-mail stating that your order is ready to be shipped. There are two ways to cancel the order (2):
